Son una herramienta clave de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fideselectronica.com\/services\/engineering\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ingenier\u00eda de procesos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, orientada a detectar desviaciones, reducir variabilidad y garantizar que el producto fabricado se comporta como fue dise\u00f1ado, no solo en laboratorio, sino en condiciones reales de uso.<\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre cuando las pruebas no forman parte del proceso?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En muchos proyectos industriales, las pruebas se concentran al final de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n. Se fabrica primero y se valida despu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este enfoque suele funcionar en prototipos o series muy cortas, pero empieza a fallar cuando el volumen aumenta o el producto entra en entornos exigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando los tests no est\u00e1n integrados desde el inicio, los defectos introducidos en fases tempranas \u2014como la impresi\u00f3n de pasta de soldadura o la colocaci\u00f3n de componentes\u2014 solo se detectan cuando el coste de correcci\u00f3n es elevado. En el peor de los casos, el fallo aparece directamente en campo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el punto de vista de ingenier\u00eda, se ha de tener una estrategia de validaci\u00f3n alineada con el proceso productivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el impacto real de una mala estrategia de testing en producci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las consecuencias de una validaci\u00f3n insuficiente son conocidas en la planta de producci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento de retrabajos, con impacto directo en costes y plazos.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Defectos intermitentes, dif\u00edciles de reproducir y de diagnosticar.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9rdida de trazabilidad, que impide identificar el origen del fallo.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n de la fiabilidad a largo plazo, especialmente en productos sometidos a estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico o mec\u00e1nico.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problemas en auditor\u00edas o certificaciones, al no disponer de evidencias objetivas del control del proceso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En t\u00e9rminos de negocio, estos problemas se traducen en costes ocultos y en p\u00e9rdida de confianza del cliente final.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los tests deben entenderse como parte de la ingenier\u00eda de procesos?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Desde la ingenier\u00eda de procesos, el test no es un filtro binario (apto\/no apto), sino un mecanismo de control del proceso. Cada prueba debe responder a una pregunta concreta: \u00bfel proceso est\u00e1 produciendo lo que se espera, dentro de los l\u00edmites definidos?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando los tests se distribuyen a lo largo del proceso, permiten detectar desviaciones antes de que se propaguen y se conviertan en fallos sist\u00e9micos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pruebas son esenciales en la fabricaci\u00f3n de electr\u00f3nica industrial?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No existe una lista universal v\u00e1lida para todos los productos, pero en entornos industriales hay un conjunto de pruebas que resultan cr\u00edticas para garantizar fiabilidad, repetibilidad y trazabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En Fides realizamos los siguientes tests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Inspecci\u00f3n de la pasta de soldadura (SPI)<\/b>, para verificar la correcta deposici\u00f3n antes de la colocaci\u00f3n de componentes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Inspecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica automatizada (AOI)<\/b>, clave para detectar errores de colocaci\u00f3n y defectos de soldadura.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pruebas el\u00e9ctricas (In Circuit Test \u2013 ICT)<\/b>, en que se realizan mediciones el\u00e9ctricas pasivas<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pruebas funcionales personalizadas<\/b>, dise\u00f1adas para reproducir el uso real del producto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pruebas de seguridad el\u00e9ctrica<\/b>, especialmente relevantes en ciertos productos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pruebas de rodaje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,  destinadas a detectar fallos tempranos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La clave no es aplicar todos los tests posibles, sino seleccionar los adecuados en funci\u00f3n del riesgo del producto y del proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo deben integrarse las pruebas en el proceso de producci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Una estrategia madura de testing parte de la industrializaci\u00f3n, no del final de la l\u00ednea. Algunas buenas pr\u00e1cticas habituales en entornos industriales son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definir la estrategia de pruebas antes de finalizar el dise\u00f1o del proceso<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asociar cada test a un riesgo t\u00e9cnico concreto.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dise\u00f1ar equipos de ensayo a medida cuando el producto lo requiere.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registrar resultados con trazabilidad completa por unidad.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizar los datos de test para ajustar y mejorar el proceso, no solo para aceptar o rechazar el producto.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este enfoque convierte el testing en una fuente de informaci\u00f3n para ingenier\u00eda, calidad y producci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Preguntas frecuentes sobre testing en fabricaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica<\/b><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00bfEs suficiente una prueba funcional al final de la l\u00ednea?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. Una prueba funcional detecta los fallos pero no explica su origen.
